Unfortunately, Macintosh PC Exchange conflicts with AutoDoubler, so I've
disabled it on my system.  Besides which, if you only occasionally need to
read ProDOS disks on a Mac, why have the program sitting around in memory
constantly?  AFE is still more convenient for me.  (Of course, AppleTalk
is even more convenient ;)
