   Nope. As David Empson kindly pointed out when I asked the same
question, the output of the Gscii+ decoding of the Binhex archive is a
Macintosh executable self-extracting archive. Nobody seems to know any
way to extract this except on a Mac. The sequence should be:  Unbinhex
(preferably on a Mac to keep the filetype information right), execute on
a Macintosh, then extract the resulting file with Replicator or a Mac
application which is DiskCopy knowledgable.
   To emphasize, the archives put up by Apple cannot be extracted without
the use of a Mac, or if they can, somebody is not telling the rest of us.
