IIgs HC Stacks Question

Ok, I was wondering how to run HyperCard IIgs Stacks ($55/$0001).  I
can run HyperStudio documents ($55/$8002) just fine using HSRunTime
program.  Do I need that program on ftp.apple.com that is all archived
using Mac utilities?
