IISound plays WAVs!!

I got personal email from Philip Lamb today answering my question
whether the coming version of IISounds will play WAV files or have a
translator (there are WAV <=> Mac translators in the PC world).  Well,
after he'd said that a WAV was just data with a header, I downloaded a
WAV and...  by dang, IISounds v3 plays WAV files!!!  Add this to your
docs, all -- you can play Windoze WAV files at the 22mHz setting.

And whomever was compiling that "What Apples Can Do That PC's Do"
list has something new to add (beside JPEGs and reading mail offline).
