QBasic to AppleSoft or Apple ][ Basic?

Is there a program to convert the (gasp) DOS 5.0 and up QBasic
from the IBM and convert it to the GS? I am asking this because
there is a program that was recently posted on rec.games.video.sega
that lets me convert Pro Action Replay codes to Game Genie codes
(video game enhancers, people.)
