It means the files have been compressed and archived using ShrinkIt
and then encoded using BINSCII.
It is actually a misnomer. "BSQ" probably stands for "Binscii
SQueezed". There is an older "Squeeze" format (Huffman coding),
supported by the SQ, USQ and BLU programs, which can be extracted by
ShrinkIt. The extension is .QQ for a single file, or .BQY for a
Binary II library containing several squeezed files.
