I agree! The 6809 is a lot of fun to program. If the Radio Shack 
CoCo computers had had a system monitor, I would probably be
reading bit.listserv.coco and comp.sys.m6809 instead of csa2
today.

It still blows my mind that, of all the popular 8-bit computers of
the late 70s / early 80s, the Apple II was (to my knowledge) the 
only one with a built-in monitor, disassembler, and mini-assembler.
In my opinion, the monitor is one of the most valuable assets of
the Apple II. Thanks Woz!
