   Really? Where? The lowest I've seen poking around Computer Shopper,
and the lowest I've seen is ~$35 for a bare-bones VGA card, with only 512K
of memory (which limits what resolutions & colors you can use) onboard.
(And, I bet that's an ISA bus card, too...) 

   Most decent VGA boards seem to be in the $60-100 range, as far as I
can tell. If you know of a place for dirt cheap boards, I might be
interested...
