Z-RAM ULTRA 3: need clock-setting software

         NEED SOFTWARE TO SET CLOCK TIME ON IIC Z RAM ULTRA 3
         ====================================================

I need the software disk for setting the time on Z-RAM ULTRA 3, the 
deluxe RAM board for the Apple IIC.

(Got this board in a local swap that did not require pulling ICs: 
Did a CPU swap, with money on top to pay for the board.)

I have the software for other AE time boards: for the IIc external 
system clock, for Timemaster HO, plus Clockworks, plus No Slot Clock, 
yet the board recognizes none of them.

BTW, I now have the original Z-RAM and also the Z-RAM ULTRA 3.
If a disk is patched for the "no slot clock" the IIc with either 
modcel Z-RAM gets hung up on the ProDOS opening screen.  My IIe 
uses the No Slot Clock; is there any way to get the Z-RAM equipped
IIc's to operate even when NSC is patched to the disk?


I can receive the software for the Z Ram Ultra 3 either as a mailed disk
(I will reimburse on postage), or via direct transmission: ShrinkIt and 
Binscii.
