binaries newby question

Greetings..

        I have something to post to the binaries and since  it's my first
time, I'd like to be sure of the correct procedure.

        The item has been shrunk and binscii'd and is in 14 parts,
includinng the description.

        What have I foorgotten (besides posting it)?
