OFFICIAL:HyperCard IIgs on ftp sites

This is to inform the Apple II community that HyperCard IIgs has been 
officially posted to the Apple World Wide Technical Support Center ftp 
site, known as 

		ftp.support.apple.com

It can be ftp'd from the site as of now, and it will consume 
approximately six 800k disks in compressed form.

The decision to post the application on the sites came after a number of 
inquiries to Apple, by me, of why it was possible to download the 
application from commercial services (Delphi, etc.) but not from Apple 
directly.

I hope you will join me in thanking (publicly or privately) Kevin Brooks 
and his associates at Apple Computer:    support@ftp.support.apple.com.  
Their decision to make this software available to the community via the 
ftp site is, for me at least, an encouragement from Apple to continue 
developing software for "our" computers.  Thanks Kevin!
