Yes.  Proterm by Insync is I believe the best.  It is commercial and
you can get it from Quality Computers (800)777-3642.  

It requires an ENHANCED IIe (you can get the enhancement kit from
the same place).  Your II e is enhanced if the wakeup screen 
says Apple //e (with the two slashes).  If it says APPLE][, its
not.

Proterm is text only, supports a variety of emulations (including VT100)
and a variety of protocols from xmodem to zmodem.
