I doubt it. All 3.5" drives use a 19-pin connector. Did you actually
count the pins?
My guess is that there are in fact 19 pins, in which case this is
probably the original UniDisk 3.5 Controller Card. It only supports
the UniDisk 3.5 drive, not later drives such as the Apple 3.5 Drive
and SuperDrive.
