It sounds like you haven't told your FTP software that you're transferring
a binary file. The standard Unix FTP utility defaults to text mode (NCFTP
defaults to binary mode). If you try to transfer a ShrinkIt-encoded file
using Text mode, it will be corrupted. It is OK to use text mode to
transfer a .BSC or .BSQ file (BinSCII).
