Nope. It is a hardware problem. The original GSRAM card doesn't
handle DMA properly. I doubt you could modify the card to work
properly without rerouting all of the logic circuitry on the card and
tacking on an extra board.
You should be able to avoid the problem by disabling DMA on the
RAMFAST, but that will slow down I/O considerably.
Buy a new RAM card.
