RamFast dip settings

Somebody please mail me the dip switch settings for the Rev C. RamFast,
for some reason my manual (April 30, 1991) only list the first two
switches (terminator power and rom select), the other 6 are given as
"Reserved" even though this is not so. I specifically want to know
the DMA switch and start-up delay switch.
