The best way to do this is with a slick package from SoftSpoken (called
CrossWorks. It comes with a snazzy cable to hook your Apple II to a PC and
software that goes on both ends to handle the file transfer and preserve
formatting on each end. Other than that I either use an Apple IIGS fitted
with both 3.5 and 5.25" drives and the HFS FST, or port the files as ASCII to
a 3.5" disk and use Apple File Exchange on a Mac.
