Problems: CV-Tech and 5mb ram

I have the following setup :

           Apple II gs

      slot 2 Apple HS scsi card
      slot 3 Zip chip 8/32
      slot 6 audio card  (Sound Blaster or somthing like this)
      slot 7 apple HD floppy controller               
 memory slot cv-tech ramcard (4 mb) + piggy backed apple 1mb ramcard

The problem is that the cpu don't recognize the 5mb of ram but it see 6mb.
Obviously my system crash when it attemps to use the "phantom" ram.
If I downgrade the CV-Tech to 3mb (+ apple ramcard) or place only the CV-Tech with 4 mb
the system works fine.
Is there anyone that has the same problems. Is there any fix or hint ?
