Apple II+ and Lowercase

Does anyone know of a mail order place from which I can buy a lowercase
chip (generator) for the Apple II+. I used to see them advertised in the
good 'ol days for a bout $12. I know how to make the shift key mod, but
need the chip to actually produce the lower case.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
