Apple2 Emulators for Macs

We are looking for an Apple II emulator for the Macintosh computer. My
sources tell me that "Stop the Madness" is a good choice. Also, I am told
that it is available at cassandra.ucr.edu in the /pub/apple2 directory.
Upon checking that site, I have only found some text documents which only
hint that it used to be there.

Does anybody know where to find STM? Information about other
software-only emulators would be helpful too
