PC monitor for Apple II ??

        I need some help about Apple II please.

        I just re-connected my old Apple II compatible machine
yesterday.  It still works.  

        Configuration:
        64K RAM, with 2 external disk drives.

        However, it is connecting to a mono 9" monitor with a
RCA type of connector.  I would like to know if I can connect
the Apple II compatible to a PC monitor.  In fact, I have a
spare CGA PC monitor which is not used at all.  

        Still, the connector of the PC monitor very different
than the one for Apple II machine.

        It will be wonderful if I can run Apple II games in color
as I have never ever done that before.
