PowerGS Releasewd?

Just a quick question:

I released PowerGS Issue #3 about 3 or 4 weeks ago, but I'm not sure if
it got onto the internet.  I didn't have access for two months because
there were no sites near my house after I moved back to Indy, but now I'm
at college on the VAX, and I will post Issue #3 on the binaries if it
isn't already there.  But I don't want to repost it if it is.
