Re: ProDOS hard drive on Mac?

Here are the responses I received to my recent query, in case
the information is useful to anyone else:

Geoff <iigs@wam.umd.edu>
suggested I get the latest version (2.0) of PC Exchange
(formerly Apple File Exchange).

Frederic Devernay <Frederic.Devernay@sophia.inria.fr>
suggested I get the software for the IIe card that works with a Mac LC
(avail. by ftp from ftp.apple.com/pub/dts/aii/lc.iicard)
which contains an init ("prodos file system") that does the job.

Petar Puskarich <ppuskari@magnus.acs.ohio-state.edu>
also suggested installing the "Prodos FST" that comes with the IIe card
support software (avail. from ftp.apple.com in the iieCARD section), but
said that one must first add a "MAC driver" to the hard drive with
either "Scsi Director" or "SilverLining".
