ANSI Term 2.0... Where?

I downloaded the ANSI Term 2.0 demo software from caltech the other day and
I really liked it (I'd prefer to see the Zmodem transfer work before I paid
to get it, but oh well).  I tried, though I haven't waited very long, to reach
the person the help screen suggested I reach via E-mail, but no response...
Anybody know for sure where I can get this program, and possibly any
comments or suggestions about it or any other good terminal program for
the GS (GOOD Zmodem support is almost a must, ANSI emulation is not necessary).

Thanks in advance again... I think I've posted more questions in these last
few days than I've ever posted in my whole internet career, can you tell
there's a break in school for me...  ;-)
