ncftp is for lamers. Onto factual matters, the Web was developed
primarily at CERN, the swiss organizatio for european physics research
(not sure what the hell W^3 has to do with that, but FTA already proved
that Europeans have way too much spare time :) NCSA essentially made it
popular, kinda like Elvis did for RnR.
