Not quite right - the licensing agreements they have with the commercial
services have, at least in the past, only given those services a couple of
months worth of advance.  HC2GS is now officially part of the System Software
package according to every account I have seen.  What this means for the
average Internet user is that in a month or two, it should be posted on the
apple ftp site.  It usually takes them some time, and the past impressions I
have gotten is that there are some complications posting things on the ftp
site (i.e. the legal shuffling is a bit difficult).  Wait a while - it WILL
show up (and is definitely worth it).
