GS upgrade questions

	I heard about a 32 bit GS project that started sometime ago, but 
fell through. I'd like to know more about it. Also, I have seen many 
posts concerning upgrades through speed. I think that it might be better 
to use something like I did for my 286. I upgraded it by pulling the 
original cpu and dropping in a 386. The 386 has support roms and 
oscillator chip built right into its little interface card. 
	Please help me with this. For tho I have an IBM and do use a MAC,
