Prosel RESTORE / Metal /ACOS Q's

I used to have an 80 Meg SCSI drive hooked up to my //e with an Apple SCSI
(rev C) card with 4 partitions 20 megs each.  Just before I sold the HD
a couple years back, I made backups of the first two partitions.  Now I have
aquired via the net another 80 Meg SCSI drive with a CMS SCSI card.  My
current partition size is 32Megs per (CMS forces it).  Now my dilemma is that
my backups made with ProSel 2.8 will not allow me to restore to the 32 Meg
partition.  Is there a program or a way for me to get this backup of my old
disk restored onto this partition?!  I keep getting the "volume size
mismatch" from Prosel 2.8.  

Secondly, is ACOS in the public domain yet?!  

And lastly, is there a metal/FV ftp site?!  

All this is occurring because I am planning on putting my old BBS back up
for grins and giggles....
