Double HiRes -> Hires Converter anyone?

My younger brother needed to use a double hires picture for a school project
in a program that only used hires pics. I sat up the night & wrote a small
(approx .25K) conversion program.
NB: This IS to convert from DHR to HiRes, not vice versa (of which there are
many). There may already be something to do this already available, but
none that I know of.
Because of the nature of DHR & Hires, to convert between the you, you must
effectively lose half the information. My program works quite well in spite
of this, and has three conversion modes - each suited to different pictures
