My guess is that Twilight II uses the RAM space. To verify this force
TWII to purge itself from memory. TWII should free the memory that it
occupied (and the Finder should report this). 

Have you installed all TWII modules? If you did so, just keep a little
collection of your favorite modules and remove the other modules,
especially those that use big animation files.

If it's not TWII that eats the memory, install Nifty List to find out.
NL can show a list of all memory handles. Very useful sometimes. :)
