    I have the manual from a late edition of the controller, when it
was bundled with a mouse. Found the packing list folded inside, 
it was for an AppleMouse IIe and packaged November 1986 
(the interface card is part #: 670-4030).

    The manual is titled "AppleMouse II". Chapter 1 (ten pages) 
covers the interface card, but only the physical installation. The
other two chapters cover Mouse Paint and cleaning the mouse,
but no techical specifications.
