Sorry for following up to my own post, but I wish to set something
straight: ADT was available before the cassandra site started
carrying Apple II software; my goal in writing it was not to
promote piracy. I've used ADT to archive most of my unprotected 
Apple II disks on high-density MS-DOS floppies and I needed the
PC->Apple transfer to restore from backups.
