Pinout for DuoDisk cable needed

I recently got a DuoDisk drive, and I have the adaptor, but I have no cable.
The cable coming off the back of the card ends with a DB19, and the drive
has a DB25 on it. (?) I thought someone was being strange, and trying to 
adapt a //c external drive to it, untill I got another DuoDisk controller
with the same cable. (odd)

Does anyone have any idea what the pin connections are? I would like to be
able to use my drives.
