Need help in backups

Just today, I was trying to start to backup all the original
disks that are still with me as I believe that they might not survive
too long more and I might afraid I will lose them PERMANENTLY !
As I have lost my Copy II Plus 9.1, I was glad to find a copy of
Copy II Plus 9.0 from my friend.. however, I did not have all the
parameters needed....
I need help in backing up some of the softwares :
the Ancient Land of Ys (extra sector on track on Track 20 Side 2)
I would be really glad if someone out there will shed some light on
how to backup that disks....
