Apple2 card for Mac, BBS

I wish to run a BBS for local Apple2 users. I was thinking of running it on
a Apple2 card for the Mac LC so users can use ProTerms enhanced terminal
emulation.... Here are some questions ;

	1) Can the Apple2 card use the Mac HDisk ?
	2) Can you run Mac and Apple2 apps simultaneously ?
	3) Does the card have its own serial port ?
	4) What BBS software would you recommend ?
