There is no way to get more than 32 mb per volume with ProDOS no matter what
formatting program you use. It just won't do more. Use HFS if you want bigger
volumes.
When system software 4.0 came out in Sept '88, the Apple engineers made it
clear that the ProDOS file system was set in stone and would always have
its limitations (16 mb/file, 32 mb/volume, 51 files in the volume directory)
and that support for other more capable file systems would be given instead
of changing ProDOS.
