HardPressed v1.0.2 updater on cco

I've placed "hp102.upd.b" in pub/apple2/uploads on cco.caltech.edu.  This
will update your copy of HardPressed v1.0.1 to v1.0.2.  It works the same
way as the v1.0 to v1.0.1 updater (and if you're still at v1.0, you'll
need that as well).

This fixes a few bugs and adds some minor enhancements.  The BinSCII
file is 240K and in 15 parts; not huge, but I don't think it's of
sufficient general interest to warrant posting on comp.binaries.apple2.
If you absolutely positively can't FTP it (or d/l it from GEnie), I can
mail it to you (be sure to specify if you like "chunky" style or need
it in several smaller pieces).

If you just can't get it to work, you can order a v1.0.2 disk from
WestCode for $6 if you own v1.0 or v1.0.1.
