Dazzle Draw (as well as a lot of Apple II software that nobody
else has anymore, is available from National School Products,
101 East Broadway, Maryville, TN, 37801-2498
phone them at 1800-627-9393 and ask for their Apple II catalog.
Their prices are not as good as Quality, but they have stuff
that you can't get from the manufacturers anymore.

Big Red Computer Club is also a good source for dead
programs....
