ROM Upgrade

I just finished reading through the FAQ and have a question to ask.  
It is this:  I have the original (WOZ signature) IIGS with 
ROM00, although now that I think about it, it may have ROM01
since the MB had to be replaced once a year or so after we got 
it if memory serves.  If want to upgrade to the last version of the
ROM, how would I go about doing so?  Also, how would I get the most
recent versions of GS/OS?
