In Michael Fischer's book "Apple IIgs Technical Reference" pp 215...

Test 02 relates to RAM 1 - Moving Inversions test of the first 4 banks of RAM

The two bytes "E0FF" describes the address of the faulty RAM.

NOW... if only someone could tell us how to pick out the right RAM chip...
