GS RAM III help...

I recently bought a used GS which came with a GS RAM III card,
to which I am interested in adding memory. It only has 1 MB on
board, and has room for an additional 3...

Question is, what kind of chips do I buy? The manual was rather
vague, saying instead that you should buy the chips from AE, no
doubt at highly inflated prices. Has two 20 pin chips per meg,
and the chips stand on end, instead of lying flat like most...
Does 1MBx4 DRAMS sound right?

If that's the case, what speed is right? Manual sez 120ns or
less, but I'm not sure what speed chips are already on the
board. Will there be a problem if there is a speed mismatch
among chips? Existing chips have motorola logo, and have number
MCM514400Z10 if that helps at all...
