Yes. Check out "rSounder," a shareware program to convert from raw
binary (and maybe ACE) to rSounds. It's at cco.caltech.edu as
pub/apple2/sound/rsounder2.shk, and probably at other places as well.

The NT format is a limited, hacked, subset of ProTracker Mods. It
theoretically might be possible to convert them, but nobody's come
up with anything yet, as NT is (except for a few holdouts until we
get something nicer) dead.
