You can't get there from here.

Having said that, there is a back-door kind of way. *If* you have a utility
such as Copy II+ that will allow you to format your built in RAM as a
ramdisk, you can copy your compressed file to that ramdisk and uncompress it
with Unshrink 2.1 to a new disk. (Provided, of course, that your compressed
file will fit on the /ram volume created).
