Copying protected software onto HD

Hi.  I have a bunch of older Apple ][ programs (subLogic A2, etc.) which 
I think are copy-protected -- all of which I own personally and have 
documentation, boxes, etc. for.  Is there a copy program which will allow 
me to copy these onto my HD ? (OOps..these things are probably DOS 3.3, 
aren't they? So maybe I'm screwed anyways..)  any suggestions?
