[WANTED] DuoDisk, Disk ][, & Disk /// pinouts

Sorry, I know the pinouts were posted a while ago, but I didn't save them as I
didn't think I'd have a use for them. (I just found a GREAT deal...)

I want to attach my DuoDisk to a Disk ][ card, or possibly to one of my Apple ///s,
if anyone knows the pinouts for those connectors. 

(the Apple /// disk drives use a larger connector than the Disk ][, partly so they
can be daisy-chained. Not to be confused with the UniDisk! :)
