What you should do is set up a BBS with the CD rom available online and not charge any money for access. If they tried to sue you they would have to show: 1) What money they lost...(Most of the stuff they don't make anymore so that is a moot point...No make=no money) 2) They would have to prove that you profited and that harm was done.
