IISound, PS.Clip.Art on cco,grind (IIE software!)

OK, finally, after a large time interval I have found the time to upload
IISound (beta) and PS Clip Art to grind.isca.uiowa.edu and cco.caltech.edu.
Several people have sent me mail asking for these, but I have been very busy
and unable to do so. If those poeple are unable to get files by FTP, then they
could mail me again, and I will post them out.
