Maybe you never registered ProTERM v3.1 with InTrec, if you did, then you
should have access to the areas containing v3.1 information.  If you don't
have access, call InTrec and explain the situation to them.

As far as I know, there are no "patches" for ProTERM v3.1.  There have been
some new data files released containing updates for new hardware and
modems, but that's about it.  No official patches.

What kind of "patch" were you looking for?
