RamFAST question

I seem to remember reading somewhere that the RamFAST (mine's a rev C,
rom 3.01e) can only handle SCSI drives with a certain number of bytes
per sector.

The drive I have now is a Maxtor 7245 - a 245 meg drive with 512 bytes
per sector (1944 cylinders, 72 sectors per track). The RamFAST sees
the drive, and reports all of this information, but is unable to format.

Here's the error code:

Command: 03-03 80 00 60 00 00 00 00 00
Status: 27

Any suggestions?
