PCT video questions

I have a couple of PCT video questions:
1. Did AE ever make the connector that allowed the GS to use the PCT on
a composite monitor? There's an unused set of 4 pins on my ColorSwitch
labelled "composite" but no appropriate connector in my installation kit.
The //e uses a separate adapter to hook up the PCT to the composite output.
2. Is it possible to have IBM color output on a color composite monitor?
